I've recently built my first gaming PC and have had an endless battle with it so here's what I've got...
System Specs:
Phanteks P300
FSP HEXA 500W 80+ Bronze PSU
MSI B450M Pro-VDH
Ryzen 3 2200G
Team 2400MHz DDR4 2x 8GB (Dual channel)
Crucial BX500 120GB SSD
Sandisk Z400s 256GB SSD
So I've tried all BIOS, Drivers and fresh installs of OS and still have had issues.
Issues include:
Green and purple lines down screen
Black screens
Green Screens
All kinds of BSOD's
So, I came to the conclusion I had to narrow down the issue that was creating the issues. I've had EzDebug LED's from the start come on, understandably the VGA because it cannot detect a GPU because I do not have one and have been using Vega 8 iGPU. But the one that is most worrying the CPU LED that is on every boot.
Tried:
Reseating CPU
Reseating all cables
Reseating RAM modules
New OS
CMOS clears
Bios flashes
I removed all hardware but the PSU, Motherboard and CPU the CPU LED is still on which according to the manual says undetected CPU or failed CPU but I'm not sure if it is CPU or Motherboard.
All help will be greatly appreciated!
