Question Ryzen 3 2200g Display Black Screen

Hey people, so this problem on occured yesterday after I updated my Radeon Settings to 19.5.2, I updated my GPU then was gonna do it to my Ryzen 3 but when I switched the HDMI from my GPU to the Processor, it first booted up on the login screen but when I entered my pin, my PC just lagged and got stuck on 'Welcome' for about 2 minutes so I was forced to restart the PC by pressing the restart button on my case, but then after that, It will boot but put a black screen after the ASUS Logo, although changing back to my GPU, it will perfectly work like I can login and do things I normally do but I really wanna use and update my processor, how can I fix this?

Also things I tried:
-Using a VGA Cable instead of an HDMI
-Removing my GPU from the Motherboard
