Ryzen 3 2200g vega 8

So ryzen 3 2200g already have gpu inside but im wont use it cuz im have rx580 . I just wan to know if i dont use it does it still work silence and give more heat to cpu ?? Help me plz sir( sorry my potato english )

If you aren't using the internal GPU (which gets disabled by default in most BIOS configs) it won't add any power usage to the CPU.
