Question Ryzen 3 2200G

So my hp Pavillion keeps getting TDR failures in the form of atikmpag,sys BSOD. They seem to only occur when im playing games but theyre very annoying. I assume theres something wrong with my GPU driver but in order to fix it i need to boot into safe mode which for some reason i cant. I went to restart to boot into safe mode but the restart never happened and the PC just turned itself off. I waited a few minutes before turning it back on and it turned on normall. So should i uninstall my Graphics driver and reinstall? I ran a SFC/SCANNOW but it said there wasnt any issues.Also while playing Kerbal Space Program just sitting in KSC I notice GPU use it at 70%

What is the model number of the HP Pavilion and where are you downloading the drivers from?

Its a HP Pavillion 590-p0xxx. I got the GPU drivers from the Radeon Website. My Audio drivers are still out of date because im not techy enough to find out how to update those.

Are these the drivers you attempted to install? You shouldn't need to go into safe mode in order to install and you shouldn't need to uninstall any previous drivers.

I tried looking up your system downloads from HP's support site, but apparently, it's down right now (or just poorly managed).

Yeah Wolf is right you don't need to go into safe mode to delete your old GPU drivers and install new ones. Are you sure it's a GPU issue? Sometimes a BSOD are caused by memory issues.
