Question ryzen 3 3200g Really bad lag on freezes

So I was using a old tv 1366x768 then I got an upgrade and got a full 1080p Monitor and this issue has started since. I have all drivers fully updated and like right now when I am typing this its okay nothing wrong I can call be people and sometimes play games and its fine. But when watching youtube it kills the cpu, the % doesnt go sky high but it just lags really bad unless its on 480p.
Here I did a benchmark test to see if this helps solve my problem:
