Question Ryzen 3 3300x 50/60 degrees in IDLE

I´s just bought a Ryzen 3 3300x and it´s working with 50 or 60 degrees in IDLE, what should i do?
i can´t play because when do that the temperature increase to 80 degrees and i have a lot of instabilityl.
In cinebench 20 it goes to 95 degrees!!!

Yes, i use a frontal fan for cold air and another to take off the hot air, and of course the cpu cooler
