Ryzen 3 and gtx 1060 6gb combo

im building a pc for the first time and i can't decide where to invest more. My question is will a ryzen 3 1200 bottleneck a 1060 6gb while running the latest AAA games on 1080p ultra??

No, it will work fine.

I would at least get an R5 1400.

R5 1400 = 4 cores/ 8 threads
R3 1200 = 4 cores/ 4 threads

If you play "AAA" titles such as Battlefield 1 (or 5) they eat 4 core CPU's for breakfast. An R5 1200 will most likely be pinned at/or near 100% usage.
