Question Ryzen 3 Build No Display, No ram lights Debug Cpu light on

Apart from the issues stated in the title the ram is works on my main rig and no other components are faulty (yet) also lost the cmos battery and forgot about it. So it was stored for months without a battery till today. That's leading me to think Motherboard issues but need opinion's Thanks in advance!

Hi the Full system spec is as follows:
CPU: ryzen 3400G
Motherboard: MSI B450 Mortar Max
Ram:16GB
PSU: Corsair CX 500
No GPU
HDD:500 GB HDD
21 inch 1080p monitor.

Don't think the issue is the PSU.

cpu is fine as i went back to my other system and used it, and yep stock cooler.

From a quick look it appears that it might be a BIOS issue?
it shows a xxxx v-20 version and a v-22 version for the 3400G

Do you have a true 1st gen Ryzen you can put in to check operation?

Well i did update it and have the 3400g in there prior and nope no first gen to update if so.

Anyone think it could be something other then the mobo? i mean all components have been tested except the mobo (kinda)
