Ryzen 3 dead?

Hi all

I made a all new build, started up everything worked installed all updates run valley hw monitor everthing was good for hours, then i went to the bios to do some overclocking i hit the multiplier to 40.0 4 ghz did not touch the voltage at all it was 1.25v stock i think

now no boot nothing on the monitor.

i have taken the battery out of the MB all night did not work.
I did also clear CMOS with a jumper

can I do something else

I know it was i giant newb mistake, overclocking takes baby steps.

psu:evga 650 bronze
MB:Msi b450 tomahawk
Gpu sapphire rx 580
Ram G.skill agis 3000Mhz 2x8 GB
Cpu ryzen 3 1200

Have you tied a different port on the video card to get a post with an image.

I would pull gpu, and memory out. Then reinsert gpu and one stick of memory in a slot and see if you can get it to post.

Monitor and HDMI port works fine use it with a different PC

bought a new CPu Ryzen 3 1200 installed it with stock cooler still no signal

Tried with own stick of ram in dimm 1,2,3,4 still no signal

can i reset the MB back to stock settings MSI B450 Tomahawk?
