Question Ryzen 3600: B channel Not Working (Ram)

I have a Ryzen 5 3600 with 2 x 16GB 3200Mhz kit and the dual channel does not work because channel B (B1 and B2) does not work, only channel A of Ram. I have already tested it on two different motherboards and the B channel does not work, I think it may be a problem with the processor. I removed the Processor and didn't see any problem with the pins apparently. Anyone know how to identify me which pins referred to channel B of the ram in the ryzen 5 3600? or in the Am4 pinout scheme? I appreciate any help

I just set up my new system with a 3970x threadripper in a MSI creator TRX40 with 8x32GB corsair vengeance memory. All ram works on a cold boot, but after the components warm up, channel C (DIMM 0 and DIMM 1) drops out. This happens no matter which RAM modules are in the C channel slots.
