Hi everyone,
I've been having some problems with my pc for about a year, my cpu doesn't go beyond 0.54 ghz if I don't activate LN2 Mode in the bios, which leaves the processor at 3.80 ghz all the time, and even activating LN2, it gives bottlenecks in some games, which didn't happen before the problem started. I took it to IT, they did several tests and when using another processor he noticed that the error stopped, with other processors the computer worked normally. I don't know what processors he tested with.
So I bought another Ryzen 5 3600, but the problem continued even in the new one, so I imagine it is some compatibility problem between the Ryzen 5 3600 and Steel Legend.

I suppose the error could be in the vrm temperature sensor, I just don't know what it has to do with the Ryzen 5 3600.
Does anyone know what it could be? Or have a solution, other than buying a new motherboard?

Setup:
Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 ghz
Steel Legend B450M
XPG Spectrix D41 8x8 3000MHz
MSI GTX 1660ti Gaming X
SSD Adata Swordfish 500gb

PS: The problem started after 1 year after i bought the computer, so it was perfect for 1 year. The temperatures are fine, but a little higher than before, both cpu and gpu. However, nothing to worry about because the temperatures are still fine.
And I also noticed that the pc is weaker, gpu, cpu, and even the speed of the ssd. Especially when playing, it's almost nothing, about 20% in my perception.
I tried several things, reset, bios update, check power mode, etc.

Asrock isn't a great board vendor currently. Your warranty is 3 years so I'd request RMA.
