[SOLVED] Ryzen 3700x high temps when using Wraith Prism Cooler

Ryzen 7 3700X person,

I just started up my computer today, but i notice my cpu temperature is looming around 60C while nothing doing much and usual things i do which lands around 29C!~40C normally.

It unclear if my latest Windows 10 64-Bit Update might messed with the hardware inside my computer?
What did i do wrong here?

Wraith Prism Cooler for Ryzen 7 3700X,3800X and Ryzen 9 3900X*

I using Ryzen balanced plan from X570 Chipset update, but this should not a issue...its reacting to something more likely.

Could be background processes are causing the frequency to jump.

The usual things i do, somehow Ryzen 7 3700X CPU temp started to go up for unknown reasons.

I have an OCed 3900x that seems to keep temps to less than 75 with the stock cooler. I wouldn't suspect the cooler being inadequate just yet. Check for CPU usage when temps get high to see what's going on as others have suggested.

It usually goes around 29 C to 41C 53C the casual task now it like around 60C 66C

Nothings dangerous obviously, but certainly not ideal.

I don't see why Microsoft can't get it together and screwing up ryzen performance with every update.

I suspecting the way the Ryzen 3000 series 7nm processor was designed reacting to a simple Windows 10 Update.
My idle temperature is also no normal 50C-55C
Browsering on here simply make it go from 60C~66C*
