Question Ryzen 3700x PC doesn't power on for a few seconds.

Newly upgraded system takes a few seconds before fans start spinning and the PC boots. Light on my AIO will come on instantly however.
Ryzen 3700x & RX 5700 on an x470 (ASRock X470 itx/ac) Mobo. A light manual overclock has been applied but the slow startup was happening beforehand. Previously the computer would boot right away with the Ryzen 7 2700. Really curious as to why this might be happening. Bios was updated to the latest update prior to installing the 3700x. Any insight would be appreciated!

whats your full system specs? down to make and model of your PSU?

but for the mean time assuming its not a crappy psu try booting with just one stick of ram and interchange it with the other see if theres a problem there.

try re seating the ram, or individually test each ram stick if theres a faulty one in the bunch, is that 2x16gb or 4x8gb sticks its rare but if its 4x8 sticks meaning you used two different sets of 2x8gb kits it may have caused some stability issues. but its safe to just try it out.

sometimes after an upgrade a good cmos clear might help fix some booting problems (removing the motherboard battery for 5min at least or hold down the power button while the pc is turned off).

and finaly ive heard that seasonic Focus (not the focus plus) models have issues so you might want to look into that as well.
