[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 1400 bottlenecking issue

I'm aware that in my title I did describe my issue as being a bottleneck, but I'm not actually entirely sure what's happening. As of recent (last couple of days) my CPU usage has been around 100% and my GPU usage hovers around 60-70%. My best guess is that what's happening may be a bottleneck but my issue has only just now started and I've never heard of a system just randomly start to bottleneck.
My frames in game have gotten pretty low and I was wondering if there was any sort of fix to this that doesn't entail purchasing either an entirely new CPU or GPU.

GTX 1060 6GB
Ryzen 5 1400
8 GB ram
ASRock AB350 Pro 4 motherboard

Can you tell what's using the cycles? You might have picked up a virus. I'd also check out the temps and clock speeds.

I did scan for viruses and my system was clean. My temps look fine.

When gaming, if you alt tab out, is the game using 95-100% cpu cycles?

My temps are 45 to at most 50 degrees celsius. When I tab out of my game my CPU usage drops from about 100% to maybe half that.

Clock speeds are steady? Disk/ram usage?

I'm not sure how to check my clock speeds. But, my memory usage was around 70-80%

Hdd usage? Nothing is clicking for me yet. Temps are good, yet cpu is way up. The game is using them from what you've said.

Are all your cpu cores seen in task manager?

I figured it out, I just had to re-slot my RAM. Thanks for taking the time to help me.
