Ryzen 5 1600 stock OC (help)

I OC'd my ryzen 5 to 3.8 GHZ at 1.375 volts. I thought this was normal untill I got some high temps (80C) and certain games started crashing. I moved the clock down to 3.6ghz at 1.35000. Can someone explain what a safe clock is, and what I should use?

I've found that 3.6 1.35 is stable be that. I would like the temps down but it's also hot where I live and because of that my room heats up very easily. I am able to stay around 75C at MAX load. (AMDBench)

As in custom, do you mean like a custom water loop, or branded (noctua, corsair, nzxt, be quiet)

A decent aio with 240mm radiator is fine .but if u wanna try custom loops ,go for it (not the bang for buck)

I've heard the NZXT Kraken X62 is decent, scared of pump failures. Anything on it?

I don't have any experience with them .but they should be OK .even my deepcool 120mm aio is still lasting even after 1 1/2 yrs
