Question Ryzen 5 1600 Voltage

I've seen alot of similar posts but havent found the answer im looking for yet. The default setting for core voltage in the bios is [Auto] and i seem to get high temps when at higher frequencies. What is the default core voltage i should use? I need a number, dont want to rely on auto.

my cpu run on auto from 1.2 volts to a max of 1.35 volts .

There's no set voltage, if left on auto as it will change with usage but shouldn't go over 1.4v at full speed and usage. Much will depend on MB and it's BIOS.

I have the 1400 in another build and set mine to 1.25 and 3448mhz and it did daily well on multiple Benchmarks. Not getting extremely hot even with the stock cooler. I will say even set to auto mine will stay around the 1.25 to 1.30 maybe. HWmonitor has never shown it higher ever on auto that I’m aware of and I am usually always looking at it
