Question Ryzen 5 2400G Upgrade

So my friend has a 2400g and he was going to buy a new gpu
But due to mining and lack of silicon etc. he is planning to get a ryzen 5 pro 4650G
Since it is as a CPU is nearly the R5 3600 performance
and the APU in the 4650g isn't that much better so
What should he do?

Then I would recommend a 5600g. Zen 3, and a bit better IGP.

the problem is that the stock is limited here tho
i couldn't find any cpu with an apu above r5 pro 4650g and r7 pro 4750g
