As it's webpage on AMD's website states, it does not. While it's a "3000 series" chip, it's still manufactured on the 12nm node, so it's basically a 2nd gen cpu.
If you're looking for a similar, PCIe 4.0 chip, the Ryzen 3 3100 and 3300x should be released this month. Although they have no integrated graphics, they are 7nm, 4c/8t chips.

Nothing special sir. But i have allready a pc. So, i am thinking, that , if i am going to build a new one, why not have this performance also ? I know i dont nbed it now, but maybe in a while i will need . Anyway i am not hurry of buy a new pc now.
