Question RYZEN 5 3500U Low Performance

Hello I HAVE THE asus M570DD-WB501T
Which is a lalptop with very nice specs and probably can play a lot of games ..
so i try to download the league of legends which is really soft game and low perfomance game and i realised that my laptop have not really good perfomance in this game .. actually my laptop can not play this game because the low fps .. i run this game with the nvidia gtx 1050 and still playing this game so poor.. so do you think that my laptop have a problem with the graphic card or the cpu ? shouldl i go check the laptop in the place where i bought it ? with these specs it supposed that it can play the game ..i paid more than 700 and im really dissapointed..also do you think that.ishould update my ram for better performance ;
I have 8gb ram
and 256SSD.
What do you thing is the problem?
I also have downloaded the latest version of drivers gpu-cpu
I realized that the problem is my CPU because it's not usable at 100%

GPU TEMP IS 52 AND CPU 73..No I don't have upgraded my ram because I had already 8gb and my ssd is 256gb
Probably my cpu isnt working full only the 20% and I don't know how to make it with more power

u cpu very bad for game because it base clock
set windows power settings to high performance and see if it work or not
use thorttlestop and set it to max multiplier(use google guide)

Don't blame the processor bro,its the windows default settings
So bro here's the solution
1: go to your windows start menu and search "edit power plan"
2: Then open it and click on change advance power options
3:you will find there pci express
4: click on it and then on link state power management
5: under it , disable or off both of them
6: Enjoy with max FPS.
