I am wondering if a ryzen 5 3600 is good with a 3060 Ti and if someone could tell me the Ryzen 5 5600 is better
Would a Ryzen 7 3700x work better? (just asking)The ryzen 5 3600 would pair pretty well with the 3060 ti. But a better CPU like the 5600x would push quite a bit more frames. It would depend on what games, framerates, and resolution. But either CPU would be a fine choice. there wouldn't be any intense limiting on the GPU.
Would it be better than the 5600x and the 3600 at running Discord, Chrome and GTA V at the same time?it would be better than a 3600 for gaming and better than the 5600x and 3600 for multitasking or heavy work. For gaming tho i would go with the 5600x out of the 3
Any of those CPU's will handle the above pretty easily. In terms of the 3600 and 5600X, the latter is a worthwhile upgrade, especially if you play FPS at high refresh rates. I would have thought a 5600X would do a reasonable job of multi-tasking in most instances but it really does depend on what game your playing. Cyberpunk for example is a completely different beast to GTA V.Would it be better than the 5600x and the 3600 at running Discord, Chrome and GTA V at the same time?
Im sticking with the 5600X I was just asking about the other ones out of curiosity, and I wasn't sure if they could handle all of those at once.Any of those CPU's will handle the above pretty easily. The 5700G is also a worthy consideration if you wanted an 8 core chip but can't stretch to the 5800X. I would have thought you would be happy with a 5600X though. I get the impression you like AMD, which is fine, but the 12600K or 12600KF net's you 10 cores (6P and 4E) for a similar sort of money. Boards tend to be a little more expensive though.
