I've installed my new cpu r5 3600x and played for 4 hours, everything works fine. But I've turned my pc off, and when I tried to get it on, I got a boot loop.

Things that I've tried.
  • reset bios
  • update bios to the last version
  • use the ram on all slots
  • boot on my usb with windows bootloader
  • boot on my another ssd
  • changed the cooler box

After all, keep with the boot loop.

Things who fix my error: put my last processor.

But I don't know what's happening with my new cpu, can anyone help me fix that?

What are your specs

Bootlooping is common when the cpu hasn't properly 'trained' for the memory.

Two things:

did you ever do a CMOS reset? with a new CPU, it's important.
set the DRAM voltage manually even if you've enabled XMP for your memory

Hello guys. I did underclock and the boot loop has stopped. I've set to 32. And I was growing this value to 36. It works, but after a few hours, the pc has turned off.

Why is it happened? Can anyone help me config the cpu voltage?

It's happening because you're not letting the processor manage itself. Even with multiplier set at 36 you were seriously degrading performance.

Set both multiplier and CPU voltage to AUTO. Not only will that stop 'boot looping' but also result in considerably better performance, especially for gaming.

Or better yet just do a CMOS reset, as I said before, and don't change anything in BIOS.
