[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 3600x VS i7-8700k

Hey people that know far more than me. I need to know which on of these is a better CPU. I have 2 pcs and I need to sells one. I love to games, but I'm also going to college for IT degree. Which should I keep. Also I will NEVER overclock my cpus. They gpu I have is a 1080ti

raw performance wise, 8700k.

They are very comparable.

The 8700k and 3600x are very close in games, but the 3600x pulls away in efficency, upgradability, and many creative workloads.

The I7 8700k only makes sense if you are going to overclock it.
