Question Ryzen 5 5600G + b550 gaming gen3 causing multiple BSODs when turning integrated graphics off.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G with integrated graphics
Motherboard: MSI b550 gaming gen3
RAM: TEAMGROUP T-Force Vulcan Z DDR4, 2x16
GPU: PNY RTX 4060 8gb
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GF A3 750W
BIOS: E7B86AMS.P91
Windows 10 Pro 22h2

Like the title says, When switching the integrated graphics version to anything other than "Game mode", the system will give multiple BSODs when doing various applications.
I was able to reliably cause these BSODs by loading an LLM into the VRAM + RAM of the computer, giving some of these:
BAD_POOL_CALLER
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

The system runs fine when game mode is disabled Enabled.

Why would you want to use the integrated GPU when you have an RTX4060?

Try and use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually reinstall the latest Nvidia driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

I'm not trying to use it, I'm trying to disable it as it's taking up almost 5gb of RAM yet its causing BSODs when I do.

I did what you said, yet it's still BSODs

I no longer think it is an issue with integrated graphics, as after inserting another 2x8 sticks of mismatched RAM - leaving all four slots taken - The system is still BSODing with the same errors when loading a model into RAM + VRAM, even with integrated graphics on.

I also found more BSOD errors:

VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL

Above is an article about this very issue. I admit that I don't personally know whether this issue is caused by an issue with the actual physical system RAM, or with the Windows page file itself.

Were it me, I would turn off the page file, reboot, and then enable the page file again, and restart again. Any change?

Visually inspect the motherboard and verify that the two RAM chips are in slots A2 and B2 only.

I would also update the BIOS to the latest version, assuming that you have experience with doing so.

What I would do: If my system gained this level of instability, I would do something unorthodox: I would locate another SSD and reinstall Windows cleanly. I can't stand instability and I like when things work; I don't enjoy tinkering. I understand that this is massive overkill, but since Windows can be installed to a NVMe SSD in seven minutes, it's precisely what I would personally do; clean slate it. The reason that I'd use another storage drive, is in case I'm wrong, and the issue persists. That way you can reinstall your existing storage, and Windows installation.
