[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 5600x? Pc freezing

I have a ryzen 5 5600x, ASUS ROG B450-F GAMING motherboard, GTX 1070, 3600MHZ CL18 corsair vengeance ram 8x2 GB

I bought the ryzen 5 5600x and my 3070 is coming. I Replaced my ryzen 5 3600 today with the 5 5600x.

My usbs have disconnected constantly a few times every minute ( headphones, mouse, keyboard disconnect and lights turn off) and my computer freezes. these little hiccup freezes keep on happening. the audio cuts off

My CPU also is limited to 76 W, my cinebench r20 scores are really poor (3600) when using PBO, i have reset bios multiple times and tried everything I could, My Psu is a corsair TX850M and relatively new too. My BIOS lags like crazy i cant even use the mouse properly

Did you update the motherboards BIOS to the one that supports 5000 series cpu's? (4007)

Thanks, Ill have to try that. What would explain the laggy bios though? (since only change in setup was changing cpu from ryzen 5 3600 to ryzen 5 5600x)

No probably not. You can try turning off legacy mode in the bios.
