[SOLVED] ryzen 5 5600x temporary off PBO/CPB

I want to know if it is safe to turn off PBO and CPB to reduce the temp
when idle its around 50s while gaming its 90-95
does it have a long term negative effect
i'm planning to buy a aio next paycheck which is a month from now
means i'm running pbo and cpb off 1month and 1-2 weeks

my unit is
ryzen 5 5600x
gigabyte b550m ds3h
gigabyte ud750gm gold plus +80
corsair vengence ddr4 3600

For AMD, all C-States, Performance & HPET off.
Idle at 50C is too high, what kind of cooling do you run ? Your idle should be an average of 35C
90-95C is downright cooking, how come you're not BSOD or rebooting ?

Who assembled your PC ? Did they use silver thermal paste or white ? Sounds to me like someone skipped this part... who needs thermal paste...
May want to consider purchasing liquid cooling, it's a high performing CPU.

i replace the thermal paste with a new one from my friend and its 65-70 while gaming
