Question Ryzen 5 5600x

I currently have a 3600x that is undervolted at 1.1v core locked and soc at 1.08v locked and all CPU cores running at 4.2 ghz.... this way it draws 81 watts and gets only up to 58C on a 360mm water cooler. When moving to a 5600x I ordered for $150 what should I clock it at to start? I dont like PBO it doesnt do well with undervolt and PBO 2 isnt on my motherboards firmware....

Do you believe you get a benefit from maxing your temps at 58C ?

yeah the clock is super steady and i dont get too hot.... i live in south mississippi where its like 100 F out and the humidity could suffocate a Dutch man

i couldnt remember exactly what i had OC wise, so i had to go back in bios and double check.... i edited the og post a bit
