Hello guys,
I've just finished assembling my gaming setup yesterday and gave it a try at playing COD - Warzone.
While playing on Ultra @ 1080p I noticed that i'm getting lower FPS compared to EVERY person who had test videos on YouTube with the same setup. They usually have between 120-140 fps, but I'm only able to get between 60 - 80 fps with the exact same game settings and build.

Specs and current settings:
  • CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.6ghz (With Turbo boost enabled to 4.1Ghz)
  • RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16Gbs (2x8Gb) @ 3200 MHz (XMP = On)
  • GPU: MSI Radeon 5700 XT Mech OC @ stock speeds (Latest driver 20.4.4.1)
  • Motherboard: B450 Tomahawk MAX (Latest BIOS version)
  • SSD: Intel 660p NVMe 1TB
  • PSU: Corsair RM-650 watts Gold+

I've already tried to downgrade my GPU drivers to a previous version (19.12.1) but it didn't change anything.
I've also tried to undervolt a litle bit and tweak with manual FAN settings to lower down the temps, but still nothing has changed.
All my temps and usage in game are fine I think
CPU usage ~ 45-60% with 50-70ºC
GPU usage ~ 99% with 60-75º
RAM usage ~11000 MBs

Is there anyone who knows how to fix this problem, have I missed something?
I didn't have time to test other games tho, but I will add some info about it as soon as I can.

Thank You very much for your time :):)

Solution
Utilisation looks good. Your gpu is maxed as it should be. I would guess you got some funky setting going on like max AA or Supersampling to 4k.
Ambient occlusion sometimes is a big performance hit too.

Was this a fresh install , or, an attempted driver update with new GPU?

I'd be surprised to see a 5700XT at 99% usage at only 1080P....

It was a fresh install, I built the computer, installed windows 10 64 bits, then proceeded to update all the latest drivers (motherboard, cpu, gpu) from the manufacters website

I don't remember this 100%, but I took a glance in MSI after burner while I was playing the game and noticed my GPU core clock at 2050 and memory clock at 1750 too
