[SOLVED] Ryzen 5600x spiky temps when idle

Hi, I have Ryzen 5600x with silentium fera 3 cooler. I've noticed that I have quite jumpy temps when in idle, for example I could have 40C, then 80C second later, then 50C again. Is it normal or can I do something with it without lowering the performance? When using the cpu in games, etc. it usually smoothens out and stays at about 70C.

This is my cpu temps, I was playing a game until 19:15, it was still jumping a bit, but a lot less then after 19:15.. as you can see here the cpu jumped even to 86 C. That's the reason i'm a bit worried, but still average temp for this timespan was 70 C.

Ram : Crucial 32GB KIT DDR4 3600MHz CL16 Ballistix Black

Those are normal operating temps. You can replace thermal paste and see if that makes a difference.

Edit: what is your power profile?

If that's normal operating then I guess it's ok with me. I use balanced. Even though oculus sometimes switches to high automatically and I forgot about it. But here I had balanced.

Its normal, At idle its jumping clock speeds around and also voltages to keep lightly used cores clocked high, I wouldn't worry
