[SOLVED] Ryzen 5600x wont boot properly or just shuts down randomly ?

Motherboard: B450M Steel Legend
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
RAM: 2x8 Corsair Vengeance LPX
GPU: Zotac GTX 1660

So I used to have a Ryzen 3 2200G and I've decided to upgrade to a Ryzen 5600x. I've updated BIOS to version 3.9, 1.2.0.0, which supposedly fixes it for the 5600x, but Windows is either all zoomed in, then just crashes, or sometimes just shuts down randomly. I've gone back to using the Ryzen 3 and the PC works just fine, so I've been thinking the CPU is the problem ?

On your motherboards cpu support page, it says it needs to be at least version 3.60 to run the 5600X. When you say version 3.9, 1.2.0.0 do you mean version 3.90?
