I have a 5800X3D, thermal paste used is Arctic MX-5, and my Cooler is an NZXT KRAKEN Z73 360mm.

NZXT CAM says my Liquid Temps are at 30° Celsius, and that my pump is running at 2,000 RPMs on Silent mode.

My fans are set to performance mode running at 1,700 RPMs and they're in a Push Pull configuration so they're pulling the most air into the case in the front & exhausting out the top & the back.

I just replaced the Thermal paste on September 17th because that's when I got the 5800X3D.

I don't know whats causing these high temps because I didn't start getting them until the beginning of November, and my cooler seems to be working just fine.

What high temperatures? You've only referenced 30 degrees, which certainly is not.
Shoot sorry I forgot🤦🏻‍♂️. The temps when Downloading games or building shaders is up to anywhere between 80° Celsius to 90° Celsius, and I never had this problem before November. 30° Celsius to 60° Celsius used to be my CPU temps under load now they're pushing 70° Celsius that's not bad and the worse temps only happen when downloading games or building shaders, but the thing is the high temps NEVER happened before November & I just replaced the paste in September.

My Temps under load with my 5800X3D used to be between 30°C & 60°C , they never even shot past that when building shaders now all of a sudden they are.

These high temps are temps I used to get with an air cooler, and they should be way lower.

Feel the tubes of the AIO when it's hot. Are the tubes similar temperatures or is one very different?
Both the Tubes feel cool there is a fan blowing air directly onto them too.

I know the pump is working too because I can hear a audible noise when running it on Silent mode to a louder Fixed 100% mode so I don't think the pump is dead.

Can I suggest trying a different paste? The oils in the paste may have separated from the remaining compounds.
MX-5 was discontinued due to that.
What paste do you recommend, I was thinking of trying either Kingpin KPx, Kryonaught or Kryonaught Extreme, btw what is the difference between Kryonaught & Kryonaught Extreme?

What paste do you recommend,
Just about anything... ok, not really anything, but you could pick about anything else and be alright. I have no preference or recommendation; been using NT-H2 for years. You can get that, MX-6, or some other well known stuff.

btw what is the difference between Kryonaught & Kryonaught Extreme?
Besides the former degrading faster at higher temperatures, I have no idea.
Paste is paste to me, bar some details like the above.

Well that's good. Or maybe bad since at least it would provide an obvious solution.

There can only be so many things wrong since this is basic physics at work. If the pump is working properly and is not obstructed, then it *will* remove heat from the CPU (or whatever it's attached to) and move that heat into the environment. So the question of whether the mount is still solid and/or the thermal paste is a problem comes into play. And after that, such things like CPU behavior.

It might be the thermal paste, I just learned recently that Arctic MX-5 had a problem of going bad really fast, or something like that & it was discontinued, so I'll try a different one & see if that fixes the issue.

I don't think it can be my CPU because I don't overclock it or anything, especially because you're not supposed to overclock the Ryzen X3D CPU's.

I mostly use my PC for gaming anyway so I just need a thermal paste that will give me as much long-term, longevity use as possible, and keep the temps low for a few years.
