12GB RAM in a Ryzen CPU will probably have poor performance. You either have 3x4GB or an 8GB and a 4GB. Either way your memory performance will be sub-par.

With your current specs, it's borderline minimum to run it. I recommend upgrading to Ryzen 5 3600x or Ryzen 7 3700 and a RTX 2060s or a RX 5700 XT
