Question Ryzen 7 1700x 4.1ghz

Corsair lpx 3000mhz Ram 16gb
Gigabyte X470 ultra gaming
I currently have my r7 1700x at 4.0ghz at 1.398v (sometimes jumps to 1.406-1.416) what voltage would give me 4.1ghz as a daily oc? Assuming I even need to up vcore anymore. ( yes I am aware of lottery just asking for ballpark suggestions and experiences from veteran OCers.)

My 1700x used to need same voltage (up to 1.416v) at 4.1GHz. AMD states (pretty conservatively) that up to 1.425v long term voltage is fine as long as you can cool it enough.
