Build Advice Which components for sim-racing ?

Hello!
would like to ask for your advice
ATX, AMD, AM5, PCIe5 are required
SimRacing - future ATX 5090, VR 4k
today - 5090 is not available, but the MB should be good to go in near future
AMD 7/9 3D
650E? 670E? 870E? which board is actually the piece to choose?

- Power Supply
- GPU: waiting for 5080/90, now with a cheaper card like a XT 7900 OC?
