Hi,
I'm looking to build a new pc for the following tasks:
Gaming(Propably 2k/4k).
Soft.Dev/Programming
Heavy multitasking(gazillion websites open, seriosly, many many(I guess this is more of a ram thing rather than cpu, or is it)By budget for the cpu is 600€

Solution
The Ryzen 1800x easily beats the 7700k in multi tasking performance. But 7700k wins from a significant distance in gaming performance.
Since you're doing 2k/4k gaming the 1800x is the ideal choice for you.
In general, Ryzen 1800X has far better multithreading capability than 7700K, yet in gaming only loses to the i7 by a small margin at stock.
Multithreaded: ~1.7-1.8x, Singlethreaded: ~0.85-0.9x

For multitasking 1800X is far better.
For gaming i7 7700K is slightly better.
For code compiling 1800X is far better.

But since you are programming, and the most common code compiler is ICC (Intel Code Compiler), for compatibility and optimisation issues, go with Intel.

For your case,
R7 1800X 8C 16T vs i7 7700K 4C 8T, go i7.
R5 1600X 6C 12T vs i5 6600K 4C 4T, go i5.
R5 1400 4C 8T vs i3 7100 2C 4T, go i3.
Working as a software developer means your boss wants your software to work on the CPUs that majority uses.
Stretch your budget and get i7 6900K/6950X, forget about Ryzen.
