Question Ryzen 7 2700x "CPU Over Voltage Error!"

Current Build

I just built a Ryzen 2700x system (Part list included). I started the system and it immediatly took me to the American Megatrends page with a message of "CPU Over Voltage Error!" Going into the Tuf Gaming Bios, The VDDCR CPU Voltage was around 2.7V. CPU Temperature was hovering around 50 C. I played around with some settings to no success.

The CPU voltage was 2.7? Holy crap that's high. Can you manually set it to somewhere in the neighborhood of 1.3 to 1.375? There's no way it should be 2.7.

Try updating your BIOS and/or clearing CMOS.

Looking at the photos from the BIOS I see it states 8 Cores Running @ 3697 MHz & 1212 mV. Isn't this where I want the Voltage to be around? I'm not sure why there is an issue with the "Overall Voltage"
