Hello, i have a PC with spec:
Ryzen 7 2700X
ROG Crosshair VII Hero (Wi-Fi)
GALAX (KFA2) GTX 1070Ti
Seasonic Prime Gold 750W
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB 3200Mhz (OC to 3466Mhz CL16)
Corsair H100i Pro RGB
Cooler Master Mastergel Maker.

My question is, why my CPU temperatures is very high? my CPU idle temperatures is 52 degrees celcius, and if my CPU get a heavy load, it can touch 90 degrees celcius. My room ambient temperatures is 28-29 degrees celcius. I think this temperatures is not normal, so what is the problem, can make my CPU can touch that temperatures?
n/b: i live on tropical regions (Indonesia)

Solution
You could also use HW Info which is widely recognized as best for Ryzen. Beside eventual bad cooler mount, also possible that CPU is getting too high voltages and if pump is working fast enough.
Normal idle temps should be only 5 - 10c higher than ambient temps.
