Hello guys, i have a problem with my PC , i have the ryzen 7 2700x and a rog strix x370-f gaming. When i try to boot my pc does not showing anything and after a while i realise that my mobo boots only with 1st gen ryzen and yes i bios update my mobo. In conclusion the problem is when i install 2nd gen cpu no response only with 1st gen and i change ram psu and staff.

ryzen 2700x
x370 f-gaming rog strix
G.Skill RipjawsV 16GB DDR4-3200MHz
XFX Pro 750W
Gigabyte GeForce GTX1060 6GB G1 Gaming

If it really works with the ryzen 1st gen chip, I can see the issue only being a deffective CPU or the BIOS not being updated at the version that supports the 2700x.

That was my thought but then i try the 2700x to a different mobo b350 f-gaming and its works like a charm !!

Well if you tried on the B350 with the same components as on the x370......... then only the BIOS remains.
Just try flashing it again... just to confirm.
Also validate that you've updated it by checking your BIOS version from System Information in windows.
