Do you think it's a good choice to accompany an RTX 3070 for 5 years? The 10700kf price drop makes me hesitate, see the competition with the new 11400f and 5600x

3700x would not be my first pic for gaming with the existence of the 5600x and the heavy price cuts on intels 10/11th gen parts.

Maybe look to a 10850k/10700k honestly.

yes it is possible to have a 10700k or 10850k at a reasonable price but the Z490s are still expensive without PCI 4.0.
