Question Ryzen 7 5800x build very unstable

Hey guys I’m having an issue with my PC’s stability and I’m really not sure why.

I have a Ryzen 7 5800x on a MSI B450 tomahawk Max, with 16gb of DDR4-3600 Ram and a 850w Gold power supply.

If I do anything to the Cpu, such as Set ryzen master to Auto-OC instead of default, my pc becomes unstable and the screen just goes black after a bit.

Also I recently noticed my ram was only running at 2133mhz so I changed it to 3600 and changed the voltage from auto (which was 1.265 volts or smt) to 1.35v and now the pc seems to be unstable even while the ryzen 7 is at stock settings (default in ryzen master), willing to try anything at this point.

Just to rule it out, you updated your motherboards BIOS to run a 5000 series cpu,yes? Can you run userbenchmark and copy and paste the link to your results?

Updating BIOS to the latest versio is a good idea.

Yes I’m running the bios that makes it compatible with ryzen 5000 series, and sure I’ll try and run a userbenchmark and post it.

Updating BIOS to the latest versio is a good idea.

My ram is G.skill ripjaws V 3600 (2x8gb)
And yeah I’m pretty sure my bios is the latest version but I can check
