How can i check that applications?Not cpu usage, the actual applications and executables running, and/or running in the background, are going to cause temperature spikes. No cooler can keep up with how fast they can happen. If you're sitting there monitoring thermals, or leaving the software running in the background, it's going to look like something's wrong, when there isn't.
Noctua fans have arrows on their frame depicting the direction the fan spins, as well as which side the air exits from. I can't see the arrows in the image, 'cause it's too dark. I also can't see the 4 arms of the frame which usually indicate the backside of the fan.
So, with those points in mind, you can confirm that those fans are aimed to move air from right to left?
