Not cpu usage, the actual applications and executables running, and/or running in the background, are going to cause temperature spikes. No cooler can keep up with how fast they can happen. If you're sitting there monitoring thermals, or leaving the software running in the background, it's going to look like something's wrong, when there isn't.

Noctua fans have arrows on their frame depicting the direction the fan spins, as well as which side the air exits from. I can't see the arrows in the image, 'cause it's too dark. I also can't see the 4 arms of the frame which usually indicate the backside of the fan.
So, with those points in mind, you can confirm that those fans are aimed to move air from right to left?
How can i check that applications?

i had same feeling with temps like that but the new gen Processors are supposed to run that hot.
70-80 nothing wrong. After two years i do not worrie playing 4 hours games @80-90 degree.

What is the optimal temperature for Ryzen 7?

These processors are designed to work up to 105°C. You should start being worried if the temperature is consistently approaching this value (above 95°C or so) but around 85°C sustained is nothing to worry about.10 Sept 2022

i havent seen anyone getting more than 60-65 in games, i have same in idle. At 85 i can hear fans from next room so thats not acceptable. I tried to set fan curve to smaller % to reduce noise but temps got even higher . So in conclusion it’s noisy heater right now.
