[SOLVED] Ryzen 9 5900x temperatures are so high

I have bought ryzen 9 5900x works on aorus master x570 after I upgraded its bois it works but I noticed the processor temperature is very high I tried to do a cinebench test the temperature reached 78c and another test by prime 95 without avx the temperature reached 97c why the Temps r so high like that with my decent corsair 115i platinum rgb water cooling how can I overclock it with those temps? Is there something wrong with my cpu chip or what?

I have the same CPU cooler and have had a similar problem in the past. Did you tighten the screws correctly (eg top left, bottom right, top right and bottom left)?

I have tighten the all screws and changed the thermal paste to arctic mx4. Now, I have better degrees. Thanks man
