Question Ryzen 9 7900X3D or Ryzen 7 7800X3D ?

for a 100 euros more, is the Ryzen 9 7900X3D worth it for future proofing and paired with MAG X670E Tomahawk WiFi motherboard ?

no, 7800x3d is better in games, 7900x3d has only 6 cores with 3d cache while 7800x3d has 8 cores with 3dcache (which will be used in gaming, the non 3d cache cores will be disabled), so the choice is 7800x3d for gaming and some multitasking or 7950x3d for gaming and multitasking like rendering and such.
