The answer to your question is....No, no one can provide you a list of supported CPU coolers.

Most of the majors are coming out with relevant adapter plates. Probably free. But as there are no CPU's in the wild yet, and no motherboards in the wild yet....there are no relevant coolers.
Yet.

There are (as far as i know) no coolers that support AM4 out of the box yet, but companies like BeQuiet and Cooler Master are giving away free AM4 brackets to people who have their coolers.
I advise that you research which coolers you can get a free bracket with, and picking one of those coolers.
