Question Ryzen Balanced Power Plan in A320M -A PRO??

I have a ryzen 5 3500 cpu and an MSI A320M A PRO mohterboard. I got the latest chipset drivers however I cant seem to be able to enable the Ryzen Balanced Power Plan. Is Ryzen's balanced power plan available for this chipset?

Did you install the AMD chipset drivers from the AMD web site? If available, it would come with that.
