ryzen cpu overclocking question

I got my ryzen 3 1200 to 4ghz with 1.35 volts and perfectly stable, temps are great to. using a corsair h60 aio to cool the cpu. so are the overclock numbers good?

That's actually nice considering you have far to go to AMD's recommendation of 1.425 maximum.

Mine needed 1.375 for 4ghz but had to dial back to 3.8 at 1.2 as I was using the stock cooler and it was over 90C 5 mins into stress test.

I always use a aio, keeps everything cool. hey should I go for 4ghz? I guess im close enough already, so why not?

have you ever seen cpu voltage fluctuate on a asrock fatal1ty ab350 k4 motherboard?

It does that on all boards, powers also fluctuate according to load. That's part of XFR function to intelligently balance Voltage, amperage and (with them) wattage according to load.

oh ok, I always thought there was a way to disable that like c-states etc.
