When I try to run Ryzen Master, it gives the message that RM does not support this processor. Why is this happening?

And why does CPU-Z call my APU a "Mobil 3400g"?

Did you just install the CPU?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

What motherboard are you using?

The motherboard's documentation (User Guide/Manual) should list the supported CPU's. And likely includes a reference to the manufacturer's website for more up-to-date information. Check the QVL (Qualified Vendors List).

CPU-Z could be wrong.

Check CPU using "WIN" + "I" > System > About

Or open Powershell as admin and enter "systeminfo" at the PS> prompt.

Thanks. System/About produced this report:

Device name DESKTOP-8V0JFIF
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.70 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (13.9 GB usable)
Device ID 1EE2A2CA-94C0-4ABB-9846-03D1FFCC8F36
Product ID 00325-80000-00000-AAOEM
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

Yes, I just installed the APU.
I'm using a Biostar B450MH board w/16GB DDR4 3200, and the CPU is in the supported list.
Correct BIOS version.
