Question Ryzen Master Drivers not installed properly

I've been recently experiencing issues related to AMD's Ryzen Master Utility. When I apply the OC settings, the program restarts Windows to properly apply the settings. However, on restart, I've been presented with an error message stating "Ryzen Master Drivers not installed properly. Drivers not installed!" This message comes up no matter what I do and the only fix I have found is to not be connected to the internet on restart. Uninstalling and re-installing the program does not work, nor does trying to remove the program using DDU or AMD's CleanUp utility.

Can anyone here give me an explanation as to why this happens?

Yes. Did a clean and full uninstall of the program and then re-installed. What I am finding odd is that the OC settings seem to be applied but the RM program fails to actually load.
