Ryzen rig won't boot, memory flashes, ps_sw error (video included) -Thanks in advance

1) The only thing that turns on are the LED's on the ram and the "ps_sw" light is red

No fans come on, no boot, no bios screen. I'm surprised the lights come on. As soon as I hit the power button everything shuts off again.

I did the trouble shooting. I've read a lot of people saying certain DDR4 ram doesn't work with Ryzen (remember the good old days when open standard meant something).

Sorry for the rant. I've been working on this thing for 5 hours straight it's almost 3am and I have to work tomorrow. Any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED

pull the gpu and use one ram stick. make sure the mb on top of all the standoffs. from your video it looks like there not and the mb ram stick are shorting to the botttom of the case.

If fans don't turn on, it probably is a short somewhere or you didn't connect some cable at all. Best not to work all night and try to fix it when tired. Sleep. Come back fresh, while components still are working.

Uninstalled everything, checked all of the cables and even reset the CPU. Checked all CPU pins. Still nothing other than the memory LED comes on without me even hitting the power button.

What should I do next? Get another power supply? Get approved ram?

Tried a new power supply, compatible ram, checked all connections, reversed polarity on power, nothing works. I'm wondering if it's the chip or motherboard.

look on the mb for the bios rev see if it ok to post your cpu chip. some mb need bios updates for the newer cpu chips./
