Ryzen running at 100% load at all times

Im getting kind of worried here, with the default bios setting, no overclock at all, everything at auto my Ryzen 5 1600 is at 100% load when doing nothing but downloading on steam. or browsing the internet, or gaming, or anything other than idle. What could be the issue and how can i fix it?
Mb: ASrock ab350 fatality gaming k4
Cpu: Ryzen 5 1600
Ram: 2x8Gb ddr4 2133

new os installation? what the cpu temp ? latest bios?

You are probably referring to frequency, not load. Can you confirm that your cpu is running at it's highest frequency? The ryzen 1600 has a 3.2 ghz base clock and a boost clock of 3.6ghz. Processor frequency and load are two different units of measurement.

Turns out that for some reason Prime 95 was running in the background (even after rebooting it just started itself again). I uninstalled it and now my cpu is running normally.
